Membership with Cornell Fitness Centers entitles you to several sources of personal advice to help you improve your health. Personal Training with one of our fitness trainers is available free with your membership. Set up an appointment with one of our personal trainers to design an exercise program for your specific needs. You should attend a S.W.E.T session before making a Personal Training appointment. Let a CFC staff member help you get acquainted with our selectorized weight equipment. With Selectorized Weight Equipment Training, you will see how to adjust each weight machine's range of motion to fit yours so you can lift weights more effectively and more safely. Do you want to develop better eating habits? We can have your diet analyzed by a nutrition specialist. After you pick up some special information, just record everything you eat for three days. Get to Know Cardio
This orientation to CFC's cardiovascular exercise equimpent will familiarize you with equipment such as exercise bikes, steppers, treadmills, ellipticals, and ergometers (for rowing). Get to Know Cardio will familiarize you with the basics of cardiovascular exercise and help you feel comfortable on a variety of equipment.
